Excellent location. Place is very clean. The host and staff are always at your service. Wonderful atmosphere.
This place felt like a home away from home for our group. Gillian even helped with organizing some excursions for us

I was travelling for the past 3 months and slept over at 3 accommodations. Phoenix Lodge was the one that I will definitely return to. Safe, Smart, modern interior and high quality service. The couple has a nice attitude and always wanted to know if I am ok. I already recommended Phoenix Lodge and will use the lodge again should I pass Knysna.
