Stay Spectacular self-catering units are namely Nautica 605, Nautica 603, Nautica 402 and Nautica 604.

Nautica 605, Nautica 603, Nautica 402 and Nautica 604 – These units are located next door to each other and are two-bedroom apartments that can accommodate four adults. Each has its own fully fitted kitchen, containing everything needed to prepare home cooked meals. The two bedrooms comprise of a main with a queen-sized bed and and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hand basin. The view of Table Mountain and the ocean from the bedroom is spectacular. The second bedroom has two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and hand basin. The living area has a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV, free uncapped Wi-Fi and DStv. There is a dining area, breakfast counter and comfortable balcony.

The hosts will be available to meet and greet all guests to the apartment upon arrival to ensure they settle in with as little hassle as possible and will be a phone call away during their stay to assist if needed. They will also be on hand to close up the apartment on your departure.

Sufficient cupboard space is available within each room and an iron and ironing board provided in each unit. Fans are available for the summer and electric blankets are fitted on all beds for the winter months. A camp cot and high chair can be provided if required.

The Bloubergstrand beach front is about a 20 minute drive from the city centre of Cape Town and a 30 minute drive from the Cape Town International Airport.

The Bloubergstrand suburb is primarily residential but does attract vast numbers of local and international visitors. Visitors from all walks of life will love this area of Cape Town. Aside from the beautiful sandy white beaches and the picturesque views of Table Mountain, the City of Cape Town and Robben Island the beaches in this area are a surfers paradise.

Nautica 605, Nautica 603, Nautica 402 and Nautica 604 – There is a laundry on the ground floor equipped with two large washing machines and tumble driers. A communal outdoor washing line is available as well as a clothes horse within each unit. The complex has a communal outdoor swimming pool and barbecue area as well as a free secure private parking garage and/or undercover parking.

Many restaurants and entertaining spots servicing the Blouberg area are a short walk away as is the MyCiti bus network which gives the visitor easy access to places such as the Victoria & Albert Waterfront, the CBD of Cape Town and the Cape Town International Airport.

For the wine enthusiast the Durbanville Wine Route is only a few kilometers away and the other wine routes of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek are easily accessible.

During whale season you may see the occasional pods of whales which visit Table Bay and more abundant are the dolphins which swim up and down the coast.

Local and international kiteboarders flock to Bloubergstrand for the notorious South-Easter and at this time the Blouberg skyline is filled with colorful kites. Several national and international kitesurfing competitions are held every year.

Available in each apartment are a number of pamphlets detailing the various activities which visitors can participate in, in and around the Cape Town area.
