13 on Leentjiesklip Cresent in The Waterfront Estate is a beautiful self-catering holiday property located in the picturesque town of Langebaan. This establishment is located in the exclusive Waterfront Estate with its own private access to the beach. This private beach is very sheltered with warm water for swimming in Summer and safe for the children. Guests can leave their beach belongings on the beach all day long without any worries...rare indeed.
The house has 3 levels and a double garage with a table tennis for those windy days.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and guest loo and is fully equipped and furnished for a wonderful self catering holiday.
On the ground level are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds including one full bathroom with shower.
The second level has a huge open plan living area with comfortable couches and TV, a dining area with an indoor braai and the fully equipped kitchen with built in oven and double door fridge including a scullery.
The large main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony is also on this level.
1 x guest toilet.
Top level has been converted into a loft bedroom with 2 single beds.
The top deck entertainment area has spectacular views left and right towards the sea and Saldanha bay. Outdoor braai area with table and seating for 8
Linen is included for 8 at the house.
There is a Three quarter sleeper couch perfect for young .
Guests must bring own towels.

We have a UPS for the TV/DSTV/Wifi
4 rechargeable lights.
A portable gas burner with kettle.
OPTIONAL: Wifi/netflix can be activated @R60/day.
DSTV can be activated @ R40/day.
Please confirm before check in.
Guests can walk along the beach to get to Club Mykonos and Marcs Bar, one of the best value for money restaurants in Langebaan.
Please note there is a refundable breakage deposit of R1500
This is fully refundable minus the cleaning fee of R750 and any breakages.
This needs to be paid directly to the establishment.

Beautiful, private and clean beach with not too may people.
Everything, the view, the service, the place was remarkable, we will definitely be back!
An amazing beach for the young and not so young. Soft sand, clean and teeming with nature. Seals and Oyster Catchers are seen daily and Dolphins on occasion. Very little currents with long sweeping waves coming in from the Atlantic ocean. The best place to kite-board and surf.. Medium size waves . An abundance of restaurants and the amazing Marc's Beach Bar...all within a short walk from the beach.
