Welcome to Rose Cottage @ Hermitage Huisies,
Our farm, in the picturesque Hermitage Valley, is situated just 2km’s outside of Swellendam at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains, an area well known for its spectacular views, tranquility, abundant outdoor activities and pretty Berry Farms.
Rose Cottage comprises 2-bedrooms.The cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests, suitable for 3 or 4 adults with children. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains twin beds. White 200 thread-count linen are provided. Then there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area as well. The cottage comprises an open-plan living and kitchen area, presents an indoor fireplace and an outdoor uncovered braai area. Other facilities include full Wi-Fi and a TV.
PLEASE NOTE: KolKol wood-fired hot tub for hire at R350 per night, 25 pieces of wood included per day Private cottage hire only - Tub will be placed at your cottage for you.

Minimum stay: 2 nights during School / Public Holidays Toddlers(0-2): R80/night Camping cot can be provided Children(2-12): R100/night Children above 12 charged at full price. No smoking in the houses. Hermitage Huisies have many animals including dogs, horses, geese, chickens and bees. We also have a dam and swimming pool. So please take care and note that you enter our property at own risk.

La Belle Alliance restaurant is AMAZING for breakfast!
I enjoyed Aan De Eike Guesthouse, My room were clean and the service were excellent.I felt very safe enjoyed every moment since I arrived. Swellendam is beautiful with most beautiful views. The location was very convenient and would recommend The Republican Restaurant. The food and vibe were awesome. It's safe to walk in Swellendam, what a beautiful place for entertainment

Scenery, the residents, the roads are in great condition (compared to many many many other towns/cities in SA).
Wildebraam Estate. Friendly people. No traffic. Has all the shops and places one needs.
