Antrim Villa is a wonderful old house built in the late 1800s. Its charm comes from the Victorian style with high ceilings, well-kept stuccos, and the original pinewood flooring. The Villa's style is Afro Scandinavian accentuated with materials like sisal, bamboo and linen. Therefore the interior has a neutral organic colour palette. The serene garden with sunbeds, palms and citrus trees holds a large blue saltwater pool for you to cool off in.
The Villa has four room types; Single / Double / Twin and Family Double, all of which are of a Luxury standard. Each room has en-suite bathrooms, safes and air conditioners. The rooms are equipped with mini-fridges and flatscreen TVs. All rooms have that perfect mix of Afro-Scandinavian design.
Area Information:Both Antrim Villa and Antrim House are located in Three Anchor Bay (between Sea Point and Green Point), secluded just a few streets above the Main Road en route to Sea Point. As one of our guests put it: “A perfect location for anyone wanting to avoid the rush of the city, but still be close enough to be a part of it.”
Green Point has fast become one of the trendiest residential areas in Cape Town with its village feel, sidewalk cafes and stylish shops. Antrim Villa and Antrim House are situated just 5-minutes walk from the ocean so you can feel the salt on your skin, enjoy those beautiful sunsets or why not take a morning jog at the beach promenade before you enjoy our scrumptious breakfast.
Property Facilities:Antrim Villa has remote-controlled access to secure parking (off-street parking available). Our secluded garden and swimming pool are available for the convenience of our guests.
