Highlands Lodge offers one deluxe suite, two deluxe one-bedroomed units, two deluxe two-bedroomed/family units, and 4 studio units, each with their own separate entrance. Our deluxe suite, two deluxe units, as well as our family units are located on the upper section of our property. The family units can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (the Family Suite can accommodate a 3rd child on a sofa bed), or a maximum of 4 adults. One of the two-bedroomed / family units includes an open-plan kitchen with an eat-in bar counter, perfect for a self-catering stay. All of the “upper” units open out onto our beautiful park-like lawn. Our four studio units are almost hidden amidst our lush, tranquil garden in a two-level building, 2 rooms on the lower level and 2 rooms on the upper level. These units sleep 2 people only, but come with a fully equipped kitchen, and separate bathroom with shower. These units are perfect for short self-catering holidays and can option for Bed & Breakfast as well.
In Room Facilities:All units are en-suite, tastefully decorated with either a king-size or two single beds as required. All units include aircons (cooling & heating function) and free high speed wireless internet. Units also all feature a kitchenette/kitchen with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave for heating prepared meals and an under-counter fridge. DStv Stay Essential package.
Area Information:A large variety of well priced restaurants and wine estates just a few minutes away. A choice of golf courses, country walks and mounain bike trails. Good road infrastructure and easy accessibility to the N1 and N7.
Property Facilities:The suburb of Aurora offers a country atmosphere. Wake up to the sound of birds and running water. A 5 minute stroll away from the Aurora Shopping Center where you will find a SuperSpar, Liquor Outlet, Pharmacy, Restaurants, ATMs, etc. This lovely and peacefull area is 5 minutes from the Durbanville Wine Route where you can taste some of the best wines SA has to offer. Bellville is only 10 minutes away and the road infrastructure allows for easy access to most of the Peninsula. Airport transfers available.
