This is a protected ecosystem which allows guests to enjoy the karoo in its natural habitat. No dangerous game have been introduced allowing undisturbed access and freedom.
The chalets are completely private and located in such a way that guest are to enjoy the undisturbed natural environment, and free roaming animals.

Old homes and churches. The national park was great.

Such a wonderful place, steeped in historical and natural interest. Museums, National Park and nearby Owl House.
Picturesque town, Reinet House Museum is a great stop, dinner at Pioneers, Nieu Bethesda to see the Owl House is worth the drive.
