Situated in Durbanville, Sipres Garden is a comfortably furnished self-catering flatlet that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The apartment features a large patio overlooking the swimming pool (covered during winter & not fenced off). Accommodation is provided in two en-suite bedrooms of which the main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a TV, while the second bedroom contains a double bed.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge as well as tea-and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the round 4-seater dining table. The lounge is equipped with a TV (DSTV accessible), as well as a cosy fireplace, and WiFi is available through out.
Guests can relax in the garden, take a swim in the pool in the summer (it is covered in the winter), or make use of the gas braai or the boma by the swimming pool. Parking is available for 2 vehicles behind the gate.

Beautiful surroundings and many restaurants and wine estates to visit.
The scenery. Our location was also convenient as it was close to Tyger Valley shopping center and other places in the centre of Cape Town.
