A warm relaxing safe environment
• This is a newly renovated fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment.
• The main bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd bedroom also has
a double bed and a double daybed in the lounge. 6 guests will
be able to sleep comfortably.
• The apartment is tiled throughout with an open plan lounge and
kitchen.
• Air-Conditioned
• The lounge has a Home Theatre,Big Screen TV and DSTV
Decoder(Premium Package).
• The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob/oven, microwave, kettle,
toaster and all the necessary utensils for cooking and using the
braai (barbecue) facilities.
• It is located on the ground floor with wonderful views of the
pools.
• Each apartment comes with one under cover shade parking in
the complex and if required additional parking off-street
depending on availablility of the spare parking.
