Prince’s Gaze is the most luxurious and beautiful home on the Prince’s Grant Estate.
Prince’s Gaze offers unparalleled views of the ocean, the surrounding vegetation and the golf course. So, whether you prefer whale and dolphin watching, birding, gaming or taking in the golfing surrounds - Prince's Gaze offers it all.
This self-catering home sleeps 8 guests and consists of 4 double bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms, a plush and spacious lounge and dining area as well as a fully equipped, modern and free-flowing kitchen. The home boasts a work-from-home study area, all bedrooms area sea facing with magnificent sea views and out back here is a private pool area with spectacular views of sunsets.
You can choose to relax in perfect privacy alongside your swimming pool and braai area or on the majestic sea facing deck, while enjoying the billion-dollar view. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned, there is a double garage, a four-seater golf-cart is included and WiFi to ensure that you’re able to keep in touch. The house is equipped with back up solar power so load shedding will not be a problem.
The Estate provides access to a protected and private beach. During peak holiday time lifeguards are in attendance. Swimming, kite surfing, canoeing, surfing and sun-tanning are all prolific activities on the beach …. and if its variation you’re after, then the Zinkwazi and Blythedale beaches are a short drive away.
The Peter Matkovitch designed 18-hole golf course with sweeping views of bush, lush vegetation and the ocean is a mecca for local and international players alike. With its large greens and manicured fairways, this championship-quality course creates a unique and challenging experience for golfers of all abilities.
Guests have access to all the facilities on the Estate.
Prince's Grant offers phenomenal tennis, squash, trampoline, jungle-gym, swimming, canoeing, fishing, bird watching, and nature-trail facilities. Prince’s Gaze is self-catering but the Estate’s Lodge invites guests to enjoy their a la carte restaurant, bar and colourful events and functions. So, whether you prefer to be in your own space or enjoying the company of others, Prince's Grant really does have it all! Access to the house is facilitated by the Estate and strict security controls are adhered to for guests and visitors.
Please note that check-in time is from 2pm and we ask that guests check-out by 11am on the day of departure. Early check-in's and late check-outs can be arranged at a small additional fee. Please bring your own swimming towels.
