SEE RUS is a newly furnished private and cozy self-catering flatlet located on the owner’s property in Westbrook, a quiet village on a hilltop covered with lush surroundings and spectacular views of the ocean. .
The unit can accommodate 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Linen, bath towels and hairdryer are provided. Guests are however required to bring along their own beach towels. Mattresses can be provided for up to two young children of 3 years and above. Children 3 to 11 will be charged R75 per night per child and children 12 to 14 will be charged R150 per child per night. All rooms have ceiling fans. A heater or knee blankets can be provided to soften the chili during winter evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar/worktop with stools. A self-help starter breakfast consisting of coffee, tea, rusks, and milk is included for the first morning. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with full DSTV. Uncapped WIFI is available.
Outside there is a patio with sea views to enjoy the fresh breeze of the ocean and a rustic adjoining Lapa braai area. The flatlet has its own private entrance and open parking is available for 2 vehicles. The premises are protected by 24 hours armed security.
The property is located approx. 8kms from King Shaka Int airport, 9 kms from Ballito which offers numerous restaurants and shopping experiences, 16 km from Sibaya casino and 34 kms from Durban, The property is close to a petrol station with an Express Spar and two popular family restaurants on the beach.
The unit is ideal for a relaxing, peaceful and romantic breakaway. NB: Please take note that children will sleep on mattresses in the lounge. Linen will be supplied.
