Welcome to Calamari 11,
Calamari 11 is a modern, well-furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit less than 30m from the beach in Ramsgate North.
This unit is pet friendly by arrangement.
All bedrooms are on the first floor and are fitted with ceiling fans. Two bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and one bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bathroom has a shower and basin, and then there is a separate toilet.
The lounge has a TV with full DSTV, (no need to bring with or hire decoder), as well as a ceiling fan and comfortable seating for six. There is a dining table off the lounge also seating six. Unlimited WiFi is also available for your use.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge and microwave.
There is a built in braai and patio table and chairs for your use. Beautiful sea views from all rooms and lounge and unit is right on the beach.
The unit is fitted with an alarm system and has a garage plus an extra parking for a second vehicle in front of the garage.
All linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your own swimming towels.
Please note that there is an admin fee of R925 that will be added onto your quote

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
