Sacred Ibis is 1 of 4 private houses situated on a 6 Acre plot with a large communal area at the rear of the houses with plenty of space to play, walk or cycle
Our river lodge is a self catering lodge that is aimed at families. We would like to maintain a tranquil environment.
We can accommodate a maximum of 16 persons:
We have 4 Queen bedrooms (three are ensuite)
Two double rooms each with two single beds in two separate upstairs dormitories.
We also have a main upstairs Dormitory with place for 4 adults/children on 4 single beds.
3 Ensuite bath rooms
2 Full bathrooms for the other rooms
Two lounges one for the kids both with TV
Riverside lapa
Full kitchen with bar fridges, gas skottles and normal braai’s are downstairs
Covered patio with 16 seater table and canvas sides
Jacuzzi (Optional)
Day charge rate In the event of you wanting to use the lodge during the day from 10:00 until about17:00 (This is only possible if there is not another conflicting booking) R1000.00
Late departure charge (after 10am) R1000
Loss of keys and or remotes charge R 745.00
Undisclosed guests charge R400.00 each
Smoking in the lodge fine to clean and air R2000.00
Payment: Please make all payments via EFT
Cancellation policy:
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure the unit. The remainder will be payable withing
21 days of you intended stay.
A cancellation due to hospitalization can be re-booked on another date with no penalty.
Breakages: a full inventory list will be available to you and any damages must be notified to management within 2 hours of initially arriving>
Failing to report such shortages or damages will render you responsible for these losses and the replacements will be done at retail cost and will be for your account.
Security Deposit: A security breakages deposit equal to 1 night stay is required; this can be secured via EFT with the payment for the accommodation. So long as there is no damage the security deposit would be fully refundable. Accidents do happen so please just make a list of any breakages so these can be dealt with amicably at check out..
