Overlooking a game farm just 10 km from Potchefstroom, The Ancient Copper Shed offers comfortably furnished self-catering accommodation.
Guests can book the 5-sleeper, thatched-roof Sumer, or the 5-sleeper Egypt, which is complemented by the expressions of the hidden treasures of ancient Sumerian and Egyptian history.
The Sumer unit consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as a loft with 3 three-quarter beds. These rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower and a bath, and for convenience, towels are provided. An outdoor warm-water shower is available in the lovely garden. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a microwave, a gas stove, a fridge, pots and pans, as well as cutlery and crockery. Guests can relax in the lounge which has a cosey fireplace, or on the verandah and enjoy the views.
The 5-sleeper Egypt has a bedroom, as well as a loft with 3 three-quarter beds, and a private bathroom with a shower and a bath. Towels are provided for convenience. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a gas stove, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as pots and pans. Guests can relax in the lounge which has a cozy fireplace. Guests can also relax on the verandah. An outdoor warm-water shower is available in the lovely garden, called the Garden of Eden, and is surrounded by edible herbs. Please note that there is no internet at the property.
