Welcome to Serendipity Beach House,
Serendipity Beach House is only 50 steps from the beautiful and quiet Salmon Drive swimming beach in Pennington, South Coast. Durban. Newly renovated, with modern and comfortable furnishings to make each living area feel warm and unique, this open plan house is perfect for a relaxed family holiday.
The open plan kitchen and lounge looks onto a large outside entertainment area with braai, swimming pool and large, lush garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of fridge/freezer space. Iron, washing machine, tumble dryer and necessary utilities.
The home comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, All rooms are set with either a King Bed or 2 Twin Beds. Every room has a unique, decorative aspect to it and comes with a ceiling fan, linen and towels. 3 Bedrooms are ensuite and the remaining 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom. Safe property with alarm system, garage and plenty of parking.

Beautiful area, lovely long beach with large tidal pool for kids and separate rocky areas to explore. Not too crowded. Town itself is friendly and small but has everything you need.
