To the left is a guest WC and a family room with sofas, a dining table (seating eight), large flat screen TV, gas coal-effect fire and huge floor-to-ceiling windows maximizing the sea views. Patio doors lead from here to the small but attractive and heated family pool and tiled sundeck.

Also at ground floor level are Bedrooms 1 and 2 (a queen-bedded room plus a smaller room with bunk beds). These both enjoy glorious ocean views and are interlinked by a shared bathroom with shower, separate bath, basin and WC. Perfect for older guests or family groups.

First Floor:
Accessed via a galleried mezzanine seating area with a fireplace and balcony with a stunning ocean vista, the first floor features three superb bedrooms.

The master bedroom is a huge double-aspect room with its own balcony, king size bed, equally huge en-suite bathroom with double ‘raindrop’ shower, separate bath, his and hers’ washbasins and a separate WC. It also boasts a spacious dressing room.

Bedroom 4 also enjoys incredible views from its double-aspect windows, balcony and bathroom!
