In Room Facilities:Our 5 cottages are identical and offer the following:
* Main bedroom with Double bed in Standard and Queen bed in Luxury chalets
* Second bedroom with 2 single beds, plus a spare mattress and bedding if requested
* Bathroom with a romantic cup bath and separate toilet indoors, plus an outdoor shower
* Fully equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, all cutlery and crockery
* Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with cosy fireplace, TV with dvd and a selection of movies, and a small library
* Veranda with table and chairs, and hammock, overlooking the private braai area and forest
* All linen and bath towels are provided - bring own swimming towels.

A wonderful stay. Peaceful setting can just put your feet up and relax. My granddaughter loved the donkeys( Hansel and Gretal)🤩and also the playground. It was home away from home. Thank you so much for a lovely stay🌹

Cottages are well established, cosy good quality interior decoration.
High cleaning and maintenance standards are maintained with in an environmental friendly surrounding.
We have enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere so close to the forests.
Wi Fi or improved internet access in all the cottages will be an advantage.

A beautiful jewel in the ZA crown! Delightful host. Everything was clean and cozy. An awesome place! It has amazing views and cozy cabins. Had a great time in Knysna at all the wonderful sites and it was good to come back to Forest Edge... it felt like home.
Really good value for money. This place is really amazing, would recommend it to anyone. Love the peace and quiet. A piece of nature well managed and kept. It is fantastic. We really love this beautiful place. Here, you really are at one with Nature. It is so different from city life, away from the hustle. Thanks for letting us be a part of this life; it will stay in our hearts and minds for a long time to come. The people here are very friendly and where we come from you don't see that; it was refreshing and gave me hope than human kind is not all lost. I love your attention to detail and the little notes. The outside shower was a hit; Shaun just loved it; he is just disappointed that he never got to see a snake ;) This place is really magical... We wish you well and hope to be coming back soon. This is a wonderful, peaceful spot for those who want to get right away from it. Only 20 mins from the restaurants of Knysna and with lots of secluded walks nearby. Mountain biking is fabulous and you will receive a very warm welcome. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place to get away from the city.a well maintained establishment. We will definitely be back. There is so much to see and do and it is not far from Knysna city centre.
Unfortunately we only had one day and we'll be back for more! Very nice setting, very comfortable and good attention to detail & service.
