This magnificent five-bedroom home is within easy walking distance of the Indian Ocean's balmy waves, the meandering Touws River, and the quaint Wilderness village with its various restaurants and shops.
Guests can witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, watch dolphins frolicking in the surf, swim in crystal-clear waters, and relax on dazzling white sands. The serene atmosphere, filled with birdsong and the soothing sounds of waves, offers a perfect retreat to breathe in the fresh air and find peace and tranquillity.
Villa Sol’s spacious en-suite guest rooms, four with private balconies, offer jaw-dropping views, a microwave, a bar fridge, a kettle, a toaster, smart TVs with DStv access, and Wi-Fi. A solar-heated swimming pool set in a leafy garden provides a peaceful alternative to the various activities available, including beach outings, hiking, cycling, kayaking, climbing, and surfing. The communal entertainment area features an indoor wood fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bar, and a TV room, as well as an outdoor fire pit and braai area.
Accessed from a private road through a remote-controlled gate and monitored by security cameras, the property offers on-site parking, American security shutters on the ground and first-floor bedrooms, and permanent residence by a duty manager and caretaker.
