Just 45 minutes from the Kosi Bay border, is the private resort of Baleia Azul, lying between Ponta Molangane and Ponta Mamoli. The resort has 24-hour security.
These are 2 houses each consisting of 2 en suite bedrooms with king-size beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and hand basin. Each house has a loft area with two single mattresses (the lofts are suitable for. 2 children under 12 years) Each cottage sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and comes with a 4 hob gas stove and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, wine cooler, toaster, and a box fridge/freezer. The lounge has a flat-screen TV with DSTV, 2 single couches, and a 2 seater couch. Free wifi is available at the cottages, just ask the staff for the password.
The open-plan kitchen and lounge area leads out to the large deck with built-in braai. There is a communal swimming pool for the 2 houses and an additional boma/entertainment area.
Cottage A has a better sea view than Cottage C.
There is an entry and exit permit that you need to get at the entrance gate to the Estate, cost is R100. Remember to hand this permit back when you leave and collect your R100.
*There is a public launch site available at R100 per launch.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
**Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate.**
The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
STAFF TIP
There is no compulsory staff tip, however, a gratuity is always welcome.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
a refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable 1 month before arrival date and refundable within 2 weeks of departure.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm.
No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the full breakage deposit will be retained.
