Campismo Ninho Estate is situated in Ponta Malongane. The estate consists of privately owned houses as well as a communal swimming pool, house 41 however has a private swimming pool.
House 41 is a tastefully decorated, double-story, beach house. The house has 5 en-suite bedrooms. The upstairs section of the house has 4 bedrooms of which two bedrooms are sea-facing and two bedrooms are forest-facing. The two sea-facing bedrooms have one queen bed each with en-suite bathrooms that have a shower, bath, toilet, and hand basin. The two forest-facing bedrooms have one double bed and one single bed per room, and the en-suite bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and hand basin. All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The downstairs section of the house has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed or pushed apart as 2 single beds, this bedroom has a sleeper couch for 2 kids under age 12. There is a bathroom with a toilet, basin, and shower. The linen is provided and is a 200-thread count.
The kitchen, dining area, and lounge are open-plan. The kitchen is equipped with top-quality equipment, including a SMEG oven and gas hob with 4 gas plates. There is a kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, double-door fridge, freezer, plunger, hand mixer, and blender. There is a TV with DSTV, no need to bring your smart card and decoder along, the DSTV is connected for your ease.
The house has a washing machine which is operated by the staff. If you would like laundry done please supply Lidia with washing powder/ liquid and a tip for her time.
Lydia and John are the two full-time staff that work at house 41. Staff tips will be appreciated.
The house has a generator for when there are power cuts. The generator is capable of running the lights and fridges. The house also has a 5000-liter Jojo water tank that can run independently should the need arise.
The house runs on a septic tank system so please do not flush any foreign products down the toilets. And no smoking in the house is allowed, only on the outside veranda.
2 wood-burning/charcoal Weber braais as well as a normal braai., Pool and Outdoor furniture.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
**Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.**
The communal swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
STAFF TIP
There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R80 per housekeeper per day, this includes your day of arrival and departure.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm.
No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the full breakage deposit will be retained.

Friendly people and amazing vibe.
The whole relaxed vibe in Ponta Malongane.
Great place to visit, heading back in a couple of months. Bars/restaurants - 360, Ninho's, Drunken Clam, Sunset shack were our favourites and have great staff.
360 bar was really nice, as the name suggests the view was incredible. Further towards Ponta du Ora is die Malboerbar. This was probably the best bar we went to in terms of prices, food and the vibe.
We enjoyed nature, quietness, being without TV, playing board games, driving around in sandy roads to explore, watching the whales from our deck, visit the local little shops.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the locals.
