Welcome to SEA COTTAGE 91!
Self catering - Sea Cottage 91 is situated in a security complex with electric fences and controlled entrances, Speed limit of 15km/h. The duplex unit is right in front on the sea with no 91, almost right in front, facing sunny North and well protected against the South Easter. From the patio area one has a stunning view right on to Seal Island. The photo of sea island was taken from out the braai room You see the top of a chair as well as strings of blinds.
Ground floor :
One enters through large sliding doors into a new braai room with table and chairs and comfortable chairs, then into an open-plan lounge area, bathroom and main bedroom with b.i.c. The bathroom has a separate toilet, separate shower with cubicle, and separate hand basin. Kitchen is equipped for your self-catering needs with a four plate stove with oven, toaster, snackwich maker, kettle, fridge with freezing area, microwave oven, washing machine and a tumble drier and dish washing machine. There is a TV with 70 DSTV channels free for you. The braai is on the patio which includes braai equipment and there is an outside shower with hot and cold water. Safe available parking is available under the verandah for at least two cars.
First floor:
The second bedroom with b.i.c. contains a double bed, 2 bunk beds and the ens-suite bathroom has a toilet, hand basin and a shower.
Sea Cottage sleeps maximum 4. Strictly NO dogs, not even little ones. A controlled gate nearby takes you down to a safe and quiet beach.
Come and relax in a warm swimming pool at Diaz beach, within walking distance, or enjoy the pool in the complex, or take your kids to the water world at Diaz. Only bring food, clothes, towels, swimming towels and a sun umbrella.
Right next to the house, there is a Jurgens Caravan parked under the Carport. This extra room is for 2 extra guests. It has electricity as well as solar lights to use during load shedding. There is air-conditioning, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, crockery and a microwave to use. The kitchen and bathroom have tap water to use. The bathroom will only be available to use for special needs. Please read the rules in the bathroom.
We ask R800 cash for remote and breakage; deposit on arrival and refund immediately on departure. We subsidize gas. Client pays per unit for electricity being used. A once-off cleaning fee of R330.00 is applicable. The longer you stay, the cheaper the tariff.

We enjoyed every moment.
We enjoyed our stay. The house is very close to the beach and well equipped. The children enjoyed making friends in the security complex. The host was responsive and checked in with us to ensure we are enjoying our stay.
