25 & 33 Boulder Bay are privately owned and cared for holiday apartments at 70 Compensation Beach Road, Ballito. The units are on the first floor, which allows for an easy lock up & go, privacy & lovely sea views.
The units both accommodate 4 guests, typically families of 2 adults and 1 or 2
children, 4 adults or is great for a romantic getaway. Each flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and shower in flat 33 & a modern, walk in shower in flat 25. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer in flat 33 and all other small appliances as well as all necessary utensils and crockery to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The living areas are equipped with effective air-conditioners, they both have Smart TV's & so offer Full DSTV, Netflix & Showmax. There is also unlimited WIFI for guest use. Invertors have recently been installed in both flats so no more interruptions to lights, ceiling fans, WIFI & TV during load shedding.
The living areas have 2 comfy couches and a coffee table as well as a 4 seater dining area for your needs with refreshing sea views.
Access to the patio with comfortable patio furniture is provided from the living area where you can stare at the stunning sea-views of the Indian ocean and even spot the dolphins playing in the surf.
We have provided 2 adult beach chairs, a large beach umbrella & plenty of kids beach toys for you to enjoy some quality, well deserved fun time with your feet in the sand.
Burglar bars and security doors are fitted all round.
In Room Facilities:The main bedrooms are very spacious, flat 33 offers a comfortable king size bed & queen size in flat 25. Both main rooms have plenty of wardrobe space, dressing tables & sea views to wake up to.
The second bedrooms have 2 single beds, flat 33 has a built-in vanity and both have plenty of wardrobe space.
All bedrooms are fitted with speed controllable fans and lined curtains for those lovey sleep ins.
We provide all linen, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats & dish towels, please bring your own beach towels.
Area Information:Two life-guarded swimming beaches are in close proximity and walking distances from Boulder Bay. The Ballito main beach (also known as Willard Beach) is about 10 minutes walk to the North of Boulder Bay. This Beach has been granted BLUE FLAG Status, only given to beaches that are safe with qualified life guards, clean and environmentally sound.
5 Minutes walk in a Southern direction will take you to Clarke Bay Beach, yet another beach that is manned by life guards and protected by shark nets. It is also here, just a short walk from Clarke Bay Beach where you will find the well cared for Ballito tidal pool where many guests love to swim.
Grannies Pool & numerous rock pools also provide happy memories for stunning family beach days.
The Boulder Bay Complex is very secure, it has a remote controlled gate and roaming security guards during the day & night. A security gate with a code controls access from the complex to the the promenade. Our apartment has one dedicated under cover parking, additional open parking is available as well as dedicated parking for trailers.
Several braai facilities are available around the complex, one being in front of the unit. The Complex has two swimming pools that are fenced in for the safety of young children.
The large swimming pool is about 15 metres X 10 metres. It also boasts a children/baby pool, the pools are surrounded by trees and concrete garden benches and tables as well as a few loungers.
The unit is approximately 70 meters from the sea and beach walkway (about 3 kilometers long) for refreshing early morning walks or jogging.

Home to more than a 1000 animals on 3 hectares of land, pack a picnic basket and enjoy the day at this award winning facility. Alternatively, just pitch and get something from the Coffee shop.

The Olive and Oil is a Mediterranean restaurant where they claim that family and the finest foods are the key ingredients to life.
