Springvale Farm is a private country escape, nestled between the small picturesque towns of Nottingham Road and Rosetta in the KZN Midlands. We have five cottages which have an authentic working-farm feel and harmoniously share their restored interiors with old world charm and contemporary trappings.

Take a break and enjoy the tranquil setting of Springvale Farm and all it has to offer. There are a number of trails on the farm which are great for running, bike riding or walking. We also offer bass fishing in our dams. The farm has a variety of wildlife so be sure to keep an eye out for animals such as Bushbuck, Reedbuck, Blesbuck and Oribi. If you love bird watching, you’ll love our vast array of birds too.

We had the pleasure of staying in WildeAls cottage recently. What a fantastic experience! The cosy cottage is absolutely lovely…well equipped for an extremely comfortable, extended, self-catering stay. Sandra, Kaelene and James are wonderful, accommodating hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The kind gestures of fresh bread, milk and eggs are such a lovely touch. And to crown it all, truly dog friendly. Can’t wait to return.

OuHout Cottage far exceeded our expectations! From the fresh farm bread and milk from the dairy on arrival, to the fireplace - every possible comfort is provided. This place is not just pet-friendly, they have gone out of their way to consider your pet's comfort. Communication was also quick and friendly. We will definitely be back! :)
What a fantastic cottage on a wonderful dairy farm! The cottage is 5 stars in all aspects and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail is amazing.
