The School in Rheenedal offers guest accommodation, and is located on an old school farm approximately 17 km from central Knysna. The owner-run guest house offers a farm-style experience and is the ideal base from which to explore this part of the Garden Route. Breakfast and couples picnic baskets are offered on request.

Janet is a gracious host. The Chapel has been beautifully renovated and has a comfortable bed and linen. Janet personally made a delicious breakfast and was warm and welcoming. We felt refreshed in her beautiful space.
Stayed at The School recently. Marvellously restored and incorporated old and new styles, wonderfully hosted by Janet who makes sure for an interesting and very comfortable experience. Beautifully situated for country interests and close to beaches and forests. Highly recommend a few days at this great venue.
