Welcome to Amasun a 3-star Guesthouse, highly recommended for either leisure or the business traveller. There are 5 rooms to choose from. Four of the rooms are north facing and spacious. The 4th room is smaller, however, equipped with a mini kitchen and opens onto a private courtyard with a braai facility. All rooms offer ceiling fans, DStv, fridge, coffee/ tea making facilities, table and chair to work at, internet access. The whole house is furnished with beautiful family heirlooms. A full breakfast is served at your convenience. We also offer room only rates for guests that prefer a quick coffee and no breakfast. Dinner on request.
Perfect location in close proximity to CBD, 5 km from Garden Route Mall, 5km from hospitals & 1km to Outeniqua High. 23 km to the airport. Close to golf courses and restaurants. 8 km from Victoria Bay and 6 km from Fancourt.

George & The Garden Route offer plenty of activities, beautiful scenic drives, hiking trails & mountain bike rides. Below are some of the activities you can enjoy;
Transport and Timber Museums are worth a visit. Visit the beaches, hiking trails and the Redberry farm. There are also game parks close by. Drive the 3 passes or the old 7 passes road to Knysna. Outeniqua power van departure 2km from us. Good surfing at Vic Bay or good to Wilderness for a long stroll along the beach.

Our stay at Amasun was delightful to say the least. Our host,Charlene Botha was very accommodating and friendly. She was very helpful when we asked for information and directions concerning specific destinations which we intended visiting.These included local golf courses.
The B&B is clean and well appointed and added to this, it's location is central to the town and adjoining highways.
We enjoyed breakfast evry morning and Charlene's decorative ability compilmented the dining experience.
We will certainly be back as and when the opportunity avails itself.
This B&B is certainly and establishment that may be recommended.
The Hostess was lovely, breakfast was lovely but the room's shower door was broken and the mattress was a little on the soft side. Other than that, not bad.

We had to find somewhere to stay for 1 night after our accommodation that we had, was cancelled.
Found this GEM on Lekker Slaap. Had a response from Esme within 5 min. We were flying back to PMB just after 9 the next day. So it was not even 5min drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well furnished. The country feel was amazing and affordable. Ill keep it on my list of where to stay.
The place is clean and very neat, the owners are very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back there, it's also very secure.
The friendliness, the vibe they had going this time of the year, the beautiful scenery and the guest houses are amazing.
