Vreugde Guest Farm is located just a 30-minute drive from Etosha's Anderson Gate, so provides an ideal location from where to discover the central part of the National Park. And after a day in the Park you can come back to relax in our lush garden and welcoming pool, and then enjoy a refreshing drink, some traditional Namibian farm cuisine, and chat to you hosts about life on a Namibian farm.
Rooms available include 6 two-bed Twin rooms, and 1 Family room with a Queen-sized double bed and two single beds. All are en-suite and all open out on to the garden.
In Room Facilities:All rooms offer en-suite bathroom facilities (with shower), ceiling-fan, fly-screens on all windows and sliding doors, electric-sockets and adaptors, a hair-dryer, a view onto the garden, and outdoor seating.
Area Information:The Guest Farm is located at about 45 km (30 minutes) south of the southern entrance to Namibia's largest National Park, Etosha NP, in north-central Namibia. The nearest town is Outjo, 65km to the south, along the C38 tar-road.
The Guest Farm can be reached predominantly by tar-road, except for the last 9km which is along a well-maintained gravel-road.
Property Facilities:The Guest Farm site has secure on-site parking, a large garden with plenty of seating, a swimming pool with an adjacent lapa for shade, additional thatch-roof lapas in the garden, honesty-bar, boma fire-pit for winter evenings, and free wi-fi (in garden and main lapas / fire-place). Tea, coffee and cake are served every afternoon. Dinner is served either in the restaurant or outdoors.
Attractions:The Guest Farm is located on a working cattle and sheep farm. The main attraction nearby is the Etosha National Park, and further afield, at about 100 km distant, the Vingerklip (Rock-Finger) and a Himba orphanage.

There is this little place hidden away on the south side of the street. With it's best coffee and home baked cakes... Meals prepared with Love... A must stop on the way to Etosha National Park the last place to fill your Car as well small other things before carrying on the far distance traveling.
