Dullstroom is a very quaint town. Sleep@84 definitely adds to the beauty of the town . A very neat and well maintained apartment. Sonja a very friendly hostess. Safe secure and centrally located

I had the worst stay at Sleep@84, we arrived at the gate after 14H00 waited over 15min the host cell number was on voicemail, we went to the Shop@84 where they gave us the gate access. The host was passing by the establishment and she saw us, i've never experience such rudeness it was as if she is doing us a favour, she was shouting at us saying now that we are inside where are we going cause we were supposed to get the codes via email or whatsapp, she noticed she had a wrong phone number i gave her my numbers and she sent the codes, she was so rude and unpleasant to talk to, never apologies. She then went to the shop to shout at the nice lady that gave us the access code. We went to the allocated room, the room was cold since it was drizzling outside, there is no aircon to warm the room neither is the electric blanket on the bed. The worst was the cold water in the shower I then went back to the shop and was helped by the lady who gave me the gate codes, the lady went at the back and find the cleaning lady who showed me the DB box only to find that the geyser for our room tripped. We then lifted the geyser plug only to be hit by loadshedding (2hrs) after electricity came back we waited 1hr to check if water temperature in the shower was better, the water was still cold i went back to the DB and found geyser3 & geyser 6 down, i lifted the plugs and we had to wait another 1h30 min so that we can at least have hot water in the shower. I kept calling the host Sonja and her phone was off on voicemail, at the shop they gave me phone numbers of the Sleep@84 manager Antony and his phone was also OFF. I sent Sonja the Whatsapp and she blue ticked me, this is the worst experience ever!! i will never go back there, after paying R980 per night and we had the worst experience, I'm glad it was only for 1 night. Woooow I'm speechless, their room was nice though but damn cold with no heater or electric blanket, NEVER AGAIN will i set my foot at Sleep@84!!!!

Most comfortable and secure sleep over I have experienced. Walking distance from restaurants and shops , and a nice quiet place. Will definitely make use of this again , and will recommend to all friends.

This place is awesome. It is the second time we stayed at Sleep@84. The place is neat and the interior decoration beautiful. Good quality stay for less. Very central in the town of Dullstroom and we felt secure with the parking inside the premises. Love the cat Marmalade and it was good to see her still in such a good condition. Management is very proud of her.

Well organised and good value for money.
Safe parking with access codes that made us feel safe. We will be back soon!

Very clean and rooms were great, however be careful to check if your room is ground floor or upstairs as the steps are not recommended for elderly people and there is no lift. Perfect location!!!
