Our stay at Ukuthula Bush Lodge was exceptional. We were welcomed to the property with warm towels and tea to enjoy while our bags were placed in our room and the hospitality didn't end there. Breakfast and dinners were prepared with love by the friendly staff and enjoyed in the company of the other guests. Fabian had great recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay at the Ukuthula Bush Lodge and look forward to returning.

Liked · The owner Fabian and his wife are just amazing people, very welcoming and friendly and they went out of their way to make sure our stay at ukuthula was a splendid. I went there with my girlfriend to celebrate our son's birthday and we had ourselves a hell of a good time. On our arrival we were offered classes of ice tea and that was the best ice tea I've ever had. It was my first at ukuthula Bush lodge and I'm going there a 100 times more. I enjoyed the food, from breakfast to dinner everything was just magnific and I can't wait to go there again 😁😁😁

t was amazing 😍. Fabian and his staff were so accommodating. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast and dinner were great. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to getaway from the busy city life.
It was a shame to be there for only a night. If we knew better, we would have stayed there as much as possible. It is a newly built Lodge designed to be a homy stay and it really is. Fabian and his wife built a lovely place. They thought of every single detail to create a cozy atmosphere and to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay. They both were prompt to make our stay a remarkable experience. Charming facility, fabulous breakfast and kind hosts. The room was stunning and very comfortable, sparkling clean and the bathroom not only has a tub but an indoor and an outdoor shower. This lodge is located inside an estate so it is surrounded by wildlife.

The food was amazing. The hosts were very friendly. Our room was perfect! Amazing bed, big bath, beautiful view from big glass doors. It was everything we wanted!

Home far from home
You really do know what the phrase ‚home far from home‘ means after your visit at this wonderful place. Everything was perfect, new (they opened in October 2019), clean and just lovely. Don’t think about going to another lodge, you will regret missing this one. It’s perfekt to visit BlydeRiverCanyon, Krueger or just hang around watching animals from your bedroom in the privat reserve where the lodge is located. Last but not least, it was a pleasure to meet the wonderful hosting family. Karine cooked exceptional! Fabian has an astonishing sense for animals. Both and their sons definitely left a mark in our hearts and we are looking forward to seeing them again sometime. Thank you so much!!
