Tintswalo at Boulders Boutique Villa offers luxurious seaside accommodation in the charming suburb of Simon’s Town in Cape Town. The villa enjoys 180-degree vistas of the Indian Ocean as well as unobstructed views of the world-famous colony of endangered African penguins on the famed Boulders Beach below.
The private Boutique Villa operates on a bed and breakfast basis, and the rate includes a mouth-watering breakfast each morning and sundowner snacks.
Tintswalo at Boulders may also be booked exclusively as a 9-suite private villa for fun family getaways or large groups of friends travelling together. A private chef is available on request for full villa takeovers only.
The Villa has a fully stocked bar with a selection of hand-picked wines, local craft spirits and more.
In Room Facilities:The Premier Sea Facing Suites are on the upper level of the Villa and offers premium views of Boulders Beach and the Indian Ocean. Each Premier Suite has a large balcony and direct access to the pool area.
The Superior Sea Facing Suites are situated on the ground floor of the Villa. The suites are sea facing with a small balcony and direct access to Boulders Boardwalk.
The Standard Sea Facing Suites are situated on the ground level of the Villa. The suites are ocean facing with a small balcony and direct access to Boulders Boardwalk.
The Luxury Suites are on the upper level of the Villa, with sea views from the side windows, no balcony.
The Courtyard suite is situated on the middle level of the Villa. This suite does not have a sea view, however it has its own private courtyard which has direct access to the social fire pit

The buzz and quaintness.
The quaintness, cleanliness and lovely places to walk around.
It really is a must see town, there is a scratch patch with the most beautiful stones. Boulders beach is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the penguins and plenty of shops to browse, plus a very nice yacht club with plenty of spots to choose from to grab something to eat.
Everything is central.
The quiet tranquility :-)
The town itself is amazing, historical and quaint. The view of the bay and the beach were breathtaking.
