Welcome to 92 Waterkant Street,
Traditional in appearance from the street, this luxury stylish property has been cleverly designed with open plan living space, pool and two air-conditioned bedrooms spread across four floor levels.
Located at the heart of the village this sophistaicated house has been lovingly restored to the highest standard throughout. The Napier Street front door enters directly into the main open plan air-conditioned lower ground floor. A green and blue wooden paneled kitchen, with guest toilet, overlooks the dining and double height living space. This area opens onto the private high walled courtyard with wooden decking, built in braai/BBQ, sink and plunge pool.
Stairs lead you up to the split ground floor level which has another entrance from Waterkant Street. From the study and TV lounge a couple of further steps connect through to bedroom 2 with wallpapered headboard wall and en-suite shower bathroom with black metal taps. Sliding lourve shutters and doors open onto a wooden balcony where you can relax and enjoy city and Table Mountain views.
Further wooden stairs connect to the first floor master bedroom with exposed wooden rafters and glass dividing top walls to the black metal work doors and taps detail of en-suite shower bathroom. Sliding lourve shutter doors access the large rood terrace with counter top, sink and great views of the surrounding area and Table Mountain.
Worth mentioning that this whole home has been enviromentally designed with solar powered geyser and a grey water system that captures shower, bathroom sink and washing machine water and recycles this to flush the toilets.
This property is serviced and, separate to the accommodation rate, there is free WiFi.

De Waterkant Reviews
Great views
I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
Fantastic location!
