This self-catering unit is suited to accommodate 6 guests and comes equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 features an extra-length king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Bedroom 3 features a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds upon request and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
The apartment includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with Smeg gas hob, in-door dining area for 6 and lounge area that faces out onto the ocean. Air-conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and SMART TV with Netflix are all included. This unit offers 2 x private balconies for guests to make use of. One is off the main living area, which is sea-facing. And the other is at the back of the property, with a built in braai (BBQ) and mountain facing.
On-site facilities include secure , designated, off-street parking for 2 cars.

It was such a secure, centrally located and comfortable unit with amazing views. We had all we needed to make for a good resting time.

Fabulous flat in a fantastic location overlooking the sea. Very good facilities as you would expect with a new build and extremely well equipped all round with fantastic bedroom storage and stylish bathrooms and furnishings throughout. Onsite parking is a real bonus as well. Sun hits the balcony in the morning and then the rear patio in the afternoon so sunshine all day round if you want it. We could walk into Hermanus for lots of restaurants and shops (Pick and Pay) and there is the Heritage restaurant on Marine drive a few doors down for a good breakfast or any meal really and the new Flicks restaurant 200 yards in the other direction is in a fantastic location overlooking the tidal pool and has really great tapas type food - highly recommend. Great communication and advice from Renzske. Would really recommend for a few days relaxing stay in Hermanus - we hope to be back some time.
