Gardens 1604 is a stunning, newly renovated self-catering studio apartment offering spectacular views of The Mother City, with upmarket finishes and fittings. The apartment is situated in the beautiful Gardens area with the night life of the trendy Long and Kloof Street just around the corner. Gardens 1604 is ideal for couples looking for a romantic get away, as well as business people needing to be close to the CBD.
The studio apartment is located on the 16th floor above the vibey Gardens Shopping Centre. There are more than 5 restaurants to choose from, Pick 'n Pay, Woolworths Food, a DVD store, an internet cafe, 2 laundromats and other upmarket shops nearby.
This spacious studio apartment offers an open-plan layout, accommodating up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. There is a comfortable queen-size bed and a modern bathroom containing a shower-over-bath.
The lounge area is tastefully furnished with a sleeper couch, a plasma TV with a DVD and CD player, as well as DSTV channels. The kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, an oven and hob, microwave and kettle.
PLEASE NOTE:
* An additional refundable key and breakage deposit of R 1 500 will be due before check in and is refunded via EFT after the apartment has been serviced and inspected after check out.
* The apartment sleeps two people privately with a third adult or child on the sleeper couch non privately and for an extra fee.
* An additional once off cleaning fee of R550.00 is charged per booking
* For bookings of 7 nights or more there is an additional cleaning fee of R5500.00 per 7 nights stayed. This will include clean towels. If clean linen is required this will be an additional fee of R550.00 per linen change as requested.
* The remaining 50% of your stay is due 30 days prior to the check in date i.e. the booking is to be paid in full (including the deposit and cleaning fee) prior to check in, unless otherwise arranged.
* This is a non smoking apartment.
* Discounts apply to stays longer than 10 nights, except in peak periods, please enquire.
* Parking can be arranged separately for your own account.
* The apartment has large windows, children are therefore to be watched at all times and are the parents full responsibility.
