Welcome to Bondi Beach 13,
Bondi Beach No 13 is in an attractive Tuscan style Complex in Shelly Beach on the South Coast, situated on prime beachfront property. Bondi Beach 13 is an upmarket apartment that is suitable for self-catering holiday accommodation. Shelly Beach has a long white beach on one side and a rocky beach on the other side extending to St Michael’s Beach. The rocky beach is great for walking and pottering around with kids. There are numerous rock pools and a tidal pool. Swimming in the picturesque natural pools is great fun.
Shelly Beach has two shopping malls, restaurants, and a movie theater. It is also the launch site for diving trips to the famous Protea Banks, deep-sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching trips. Oribi Gorge and Africa's longest zip line is less than 50km away. Oribi Gorge also has mountain biking, hiking as well as white water rafting. Furthermore, the Wild Coast Sun is also less than 50km away.
The weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the warm Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees. Bondi Beach has direct beachfront access as well as stunning sea views. There are entertainment facilities for youngsters, including a swimming pool, tennis court, and a clubhouse. There is 24-hour security and an electric fence around the entire complex. Each apartment has undercover parking.
Bondi No 13 is a lovely three bedroom, two bathroom ground floor flat which sleeps, 6 people. The kitchen/dining room and lounge are open plans and opens up onto a balcony. There is a gas braai on the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and also has a dishwasher. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and also with an air-con. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has two three-quarter beds. The third bedroom has two three-quarter beds. The second bathroom has a shower. There is a separate little laundry room with a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer.
Furthermore, there is DSTV which needs to be switched on at an extra fee of R50 per day.
No smoking is permitted in this unit.
Please Note: In addition, there is also an optional cleaning service at R180 per service on request.

- Remember to bring along your own towels.

- There is an additional Refundable Breakage Fee of R 500 that is NOT included in the quote and payable directly to the managing agent (Van Heerden Letting). It will be refunded within 10 days of departure and the guest sending Van Heerden Letting their bank account details.

Terms and Conditions – to be read and agreed to before booking.
1. We do not allow parties, loud music or overloading - in the unit as well as on the complex premises. (We need to respect the rights of owners, neighbours and body corporates)
2. Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
3. We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
4. A guest may not book more than one unit.
5. No day visitors are allowed.
6. No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
7. The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
8. Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund.
9. All outstanding fees are payable before the unit is occupied. Only CASH, EFT and bank deposits.
10. Lodgement of the deposit and/or taking up of the reserved accommodation is construed as acceptance of these conditions of lease.
11. Failure to cancel reservation 30 days before due date will be deemed as acceptance and lessee will be liable for the full rental, unless an alternate tenant is obtained for the full period
12. No pets allowed.
13. Smoking inside the flat/house is not permitted.
14. The tenant accepts responsibility for all actions by persons within his party who all agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of property owner, managing agent, body corporate and local municipal nuisance bye laws
15. Premises must be vacated not later than 09h00 on the day of departure and can only be occupied by 14h00 on the day of arrival except by special arrangement. On public holidays and Sundays early arrival and late departure are permitted provided that special arrangement is made with the managing agent.
16. Tenants when vacating the flat are requested to leave the flat clean. Please note that daily cleaning servics are optional for an extra fee and are not available on Sundays and public holidays. Should you require clean linen or services please contact the managing agent.
17. Keys must be returned to the Van Heerden Letting. All windows must be closed and outside doors to be locked. An after- hours key deposit box is available at the Van Heerden Letting office.
18. The owner, managing agent or body corporate cannot be held liable for any losses, inconvenience, injury or death to the tenant or his guests which they may suffer in relation to their visit to the property.
19. A refundable breakage deposit is charged on each booking. It will be refunded within 10 days of departure and the guest sending Van Heerden Letting their bank account details.
20. The administration fee is non-refundable.
