Set against the background of the Outeniqua Mountains and overlooking the Knysna Forest. Nothing but nature in front of you. Completely private with its own entrance within 10 km of Knysna and the other attractions which make this part of the world a favorite among holidaymakers.
Forest Moon Cottage: This intimate cottage sleeps two and is a cozy inspiration for forest lovers. Spectacular forest and mountain views from your private braai area. A short stroll through the forest leads to the pool. This is the place to relax. Wake up to Loerie's song, and Sunbeams. Open plan layout with a mini kitchen and on-suite bathroom. Starry Forest: Little lights lead down a romantic 50-meter forest path to the cottage. Level with the treetops on a cliff edge it overlooks the magnificent forest valley and mountains. The feeling is airy and cozy at the same time and built in a true forest style. Quality appliances, cotton percale linen, soft white towels, etc. make this a value-for-money hideaway.
The shower at Starry Forest is surrounded by glass and opens onto the sunny deck. Come lose yourself or rather find yourself or just relax in a place with a view forever and no one in sight. From Starry Forest, a path continues to the exquisite pool amongst the Cape Fynbos.

This was a magical breakaway.
One word. MAGICAL !
The best hide away ever. Thank you so much Lazy Leopard ! We were in nature and completely private. The bath on the deck was a must do experience with a view over the forest canopy. Wow! wow! wow!
Go there. This place is amazing.
What a great weekend we had. So wonderful in the middle of nature, lots of peace and quietness. Awesome house we stayed in and and the host were very friendly and sharing information of the surrounding with us. We visit "kring in the bos" and discovered a gem, "Totties farm stall". I will strongly recommend lazy leopard and a must to visit Totties and have some of their mouth watering scones.
It's the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The scenic view when you wake up is amazing. The layout of the cabin is carefully designed. Corlia is nice and could tell us all about the surroundings. This was very helpful to go see all the old sites and go back in time to the book Kringe in die Bos.
It's been years since my wife and I traveled to Knysna and stayed at the Lazy Leopard and we still remember it as one of the best times away of our lives. It was beautiful, peaceful, private, relaxing - all the qualities a good holiday needs.

Dit was ongelooflik lekker. baie baie mooi skoon in die chalet. die natuur en uitkyk uitkyk op die woud is onbeskryflik mooi. dankie dat julle dit met ons deel. ons kon net nie n rasper kry nie, verder was daar nie probleme nie. sal definitief weer kom.
