Pinnacle Drive 250 is a new upmarket 4-bedroom luxurious home located in Pinnacle Point Golf Estate. The estate is set on a cliff-side overlooking the Indian Ocean, featuring a spectacular 5-star world rated golf course and expansive estate with unsurpassed views and tranquillity. This property is within walking distance from the Clubhouse.
In Room Facilities:This double-story 4-bedroom residential property offers five-star spacious living with a picturesque view over the golf course and the Indian Ocean. Situated between the 1st and the 10th fairways of this world class golf course.
You will have sea as well as golf course views from all four bedrooms. The bedrooms are fitted with either one King size bed or two Single beds depending on guests request and all four bedrooms features air conditioners and TV.
Two of the bedrooms walks out onto open balconies with beautiful golf course and sea views. All four bathrooms are fitted with both baths and showers. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own swimming towels. A Pajama Lounge fitted with a cozy gas fireplace and TV walks out onto a balcony overlooking the properties own private putting green where you can sharpen up before teeing off.
There is an open plan living/dining room and a kitchen with beautiful finishes throughout. The kitchen and laundry are fitted with quality German appliances such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The property also offers solar during periods of load shedding
The TV room and lounge area feature a TV with all DSTV channels, air conditioning as well as a cozy wood and gas fireplace. The dining room seats 10 people and walks out onto an enclosed Patio with spectacular sea views and the 10th hole of the golf course.
