Seagull 302 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Seagull Holiday Flats complex set on the Margate beachfront, overlooking the Margate Main Beach. The complex is close to various shops and restaurants, as well as the Margate Fishing Pier.
Seagull 302 comes equipped with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 guests. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and bedroom 2 features 2 single beds and a single bed in the lounge area. The unit offers 1 bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. Other facilities include a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a TV. Guests should bring their own DStv decoder. This unit has a sea view and is accessible by stairs.
The Seagull Holiday Flats complex offers a large communal infinity pool, braai facilities, and secure parking. There is a children’s play room with a giant chess set.
Please note that there is a once off admin fee of R500 per booking and a refundable breakage deposit of R600.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
