La Domain offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom unit situated in Manaba Beach, ideal for a seaside family holiday. The unit offers uninterrupted ocean views from the outdoor patio and is conveniently located within close proximity to the beach and Margate.
The unit can sleep 4 adults and 2 kids . The unit comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, and a kitchen. the unit has wifi and a smart tv. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third a queen bed, and the second bathroom contains a bath, a shower, a toilet and a basin. For DStv access, guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and washing machine and tumble dryer.
The unit features an outdoor patio with gas braai facilities and ocean views. The unit is also equipped with a lounge with a TV, and linen, Guests have access to secure parking for two standard vehicles or one car and a trailer parking behind each other . After a day at the beach, guests can visit one of the many restaurants or cafes located nearby, or explore the shopping centres in the surrounding area.
Please note that there is a once off admin fee of R600 per booking and a refundable breakage deposit of R1500.
