Most beautiful pet friendly cottages on a farm in Pearly Beach. We had a warm welcome and the cottage was well equipped. Has a fireplace outside as well as inside and a gas heater to keep you cosy in winter. Just ask for cottage 4 or 5 if you need a fully enclosed safe yard for dogs. Nr 3 has an enclosed yard at the side of the cottage but no direct access into cottage, but we made it work for us by enclosing the porch with plastic netting we bought at the nearby hardware. Nr 3 might be a problem if you have large and giant breed dogs like mine that loves to run to greet other people or animals or even chase after the birds in the dam which is in front of the cottage. We would definitely make this visit to this beautiful absolute pet friendly more frequent. There are a lot of “pet-friendly” ads but very seldom for large or giant breed dogs, so this us definitely a gem! 5 stars from us
Very very nice! Clean and cosy!!
On our arrival, we could not have wished for a better reception given to us by Susanne. After spending 4 relaxing days, we left the cottage at 10am to return the keys and thank Susanne for the weekend. We had parked at the house to which a number of - reception - boards directed us. Nowhere was there a board indicating - reception parking. Well, what a shocking experience it was when the owner arrived in his vehicle, with a number of other vehicles parked in front of the house, shaking his head and spinning of to park at nearby parking bays, only to be met by him, storming past me fuming at the fact that he "could not even park in front of my own house!" Thank you Susanne, but unfortunately there are better places to spend my money than with impatient rudeness. I was even willing to move my vehicle!
