Kol-In Self Catering Nr 1 is a studio apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests consist of a sleeping area, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen size bed, 2 x 3/4 beds and cupboard space. The bathroom contains a shower, a basin and a toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-oven with a 2-plate stove, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Full DSTV and Aircon. Single burner gas plate stove for load shedding as well as solar (battery) light and TV and ceiling fan. More than one brand coffee, tea, decaf coffee, plunger with filter coffee, sugar and milk. Bottled water and rusks on day of arrival.
Kol-In Self Catering Nr 2 is a studio apartment that can accommodate up to 3 guests and consists of a sleeping area, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed and a 3/4 bed and has cupboard space. The bathroom contains a shower, a basin and a toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-oven with a 2-plate stove, kettle, standing fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Full DSTV and aircon. For load shedding only, a single burner gas plate, solar (battery) lights and TV and a ceiling fan that is working from the solar batteries. More than one brand of coffees, tea, plunger filter coffee, sugar, decaf coffee and milk. Bottled water and rusks on arrival day only.
Guests have access to their own private braai facilities, but a communal swimming pool. Secure parking is available for guests. Free Wi-Fi access is also available.
Kol-in self catering Unit 3 is a single apartment that can accommodate 1 person. It consists of a sleeping area, a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini oven with 2-plate stove, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery. Full DSTV and Aircon. For load shedding, solar (battery) lights, TV. Equipped with more than one brand of coffee, tea, decaf coffee, sugar as well as filter coffee with a plunger, milk, and on the day of arrival bottled water and rusks.
