The Space
Located on a quiet suburban street, the property is fully gated and fenced for your security and there is a live alarm system with 24hr armed response.
The house offers a spacious, open plan kitchen/dining/living space for you to enjoy. Cosy up around the
indoor braai fireplace on those colder winter nights, or get together and grill your favourite meats for a great family dinner.
In the living area, enjoy movies on the 55-inch 4K Smart TV with soundbar, or read a book and open up the patio doors which lead into the large, fenced garden with stunning views of the mountain ranges.
The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances and all the utensils you could need. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table, or have a quick bite to eat at the breakfast bar.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with large double beds and one large twin room, each containing a wardrobe, side table and reading light. The front bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the others share the main bathroom, each containing a bathtub and shower. Two large sofas are found in the living room.
The private driveway is gated and offers space for up to 3 vehicles.
Take a 5-minute stroll to the local facilities, where you can find shops, a gym, bars and restaurants, or walk 5 minutes further to arrive at the beautiful Gordons Bay beach, with a lovely promenade and beautiful views of the False Bay.
A 30-minute drive from Cape Town International Airport and 40 minutes from the city centre, enjoy the sights and scenes of the Mother City, from the V&A Waterfront, Robben Island and Table Mountain, or venture further afield for safari adventures, whale watching, sand dunes and surfing, all within 2 hours of the property.
You can never run out of things to do or see in the beautiful country. There is no better time to come and visit Cape Town.

the house was clean and spacious. beds were comfortable. They only had a few glasses, no wine glasses. served the purpose for the 1 night.
