In Room Facilities:Newly built home on arguably the best Eco Estates in South Africa. Romansbaai has a private Beach. This North West facing FRONT ROW HOME offers direct access to the private beach and the best views of the sunsets. Four en-suite bedrooms with King Size Beds. All rooms have a view of the MAIN beach. The living area overlooking the pool and ocean is large with two 8 seater dining tables. All Smeg appliances including gas stove, coffee machine, and electric oven toaster, kettle. The kitchen, Dining Room and TV Room also have sea views. The separate coffee station and sink for guests in downstairs rooms. High ceilings and 2.5 meter high doors. The garden is huge and the house is very private with no adjoining neighbors. Private path to the beach. Minimal furnishing with no clutter to allow maximum freedom of movement and space. A house that allows you to create and treasure unforgettable memories. Pool on a wooden deck overlooking Ocean. Outdoor fire pit for braai or potjie.

Property Facilities:Apart from great views, the house has an outdoor seated fire pit/ potjie cooking area and a huge indoor fireplace.
This house was completed during lockdown with no and limited access to materials and labor. Changes to original plans had to be made in order to use whatever we could find to finish the house. Built-in cupboards were hand-painted, Stones replaced tiles in outside showers, all furniture including lounge sets, bathtub shell, and built-in cupboards was personally built by the owner during the lockdown.
Hence the finishes are unique to this house.
This home proves that despite limitations tasks can be completed with a positive mindset and foresight.
