Welcome to Witterklip Farm House!
This large self-catering family home situated just outside of Kleinmond, has lots of natural light flowing into the house as it is located perfectly against the mountain which also gives you magnificent mountain and ocean views.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms downstairs (3 double beds and 1x bunk bed in one of these rooms) with a full bathroom and a half bathroom with a shower and loo. The loft room, which stretches across the entire ground floor area, has an extra 12 sleeping spots, which consists of 1x double bed 1 queen size bed, 2 x bunk beds and 4 single beds, as well as a few loose mattresses. Note that this is an open plan area - the queen size bed is partially private. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a loo in the loft area.
There is a large open plan lounge and dining area, of which the lounge is fitted with comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped offering 2 x fridges, a gas oven and stove, a microwave and various other kitchen utensils. A washing machine and dishwasher is available for extra convenience.
Guests have access to a large deck area which boasts spectacular mountain and ocean views and a splash pool.

Still close to the city but with a slower pace of life. So many nature walks by the sea.
I love the relaxed small beach town feel of Kleinmond. The combination of a lovely beach and lagoon along with a great beach path walk and the shopping harbour is a perfect weekend getaway. Would love to explore more in future.

Just enough activities so that it gives the feeling of a holiday destination but developed enough to cater for most needs.
