Welcome to Die Waenhuis,
Die Waenshuis is a 2 bedroom apartment situated adjacent Arniston Cottage. It has a cosy inside braai area with open plan kitchen and lounge with sea view. Child friendly. It also has a lovely enclosed courtyard with outside braai area. It has free parking on-site. The area is safe and secure.
The unit has a separate entrance with private braai facilities. The unit is self-catering. We provide bedding, however guests must bring their own towels, toiletries, wood, firelighters etc. Things to do in the area includes hiking, fishing, swimming, visiting the Arniston landmark as well as the very well known Arniston Cave. A must to visit!

Our family of 4 booked this lovely cottage in Kassiesbaai. We loved the local experience. We were treated with kindness and the caretaker, Doreen and her husband made us feel very welcome. The cottage was clean and neat and we loved the outside braai. So close to the beach and the stunning little harbour. Perfect getaway.
We had a good time and the indoor fireplace was an advantage because of the very wet, cold weather we had. The bathroom is a bit small. Patrick was once again a great host. Thank you and looking forward to our next visit.
Baie dankie vir die gebruik van u huis en ook dat ons Sondag later kon uitboek. Ons sien uit na ons volgende kuiertjie. Ons sal binnekort weer in kontak wees. Ons het u plekkie werklik geniet!

What a beautiful place, nice and clean. We had a great time at Die Waenhuis. We would surely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you also to Patrick who was assisting us, he was very helpful and friendly. We will indeed be back again!

Baie lekker, rus vir die siel en 'n goeie wegbreekplek om te ontspan!
My kuier op Arniston was regtig baie tops, my gesin kan nou nog nie uitgepraat raak daaroor. Die nabyheid van die see, stilte plekke as jy wil rustig wees en die skoon lug is vir my baie besonders. Die verblyf en geriewe was meer as wat ek verwag het, wil beslis weer daar kuier.
We had a very good time. We will definitely come again very soon. Next time we would like to book all three units!

its away from everything and quiet
We enjoyed the wonderful sea, the view the laid back atmosphere, the local people and the wonderful fresh fish that we enjoyed.
The beautiful scenery and clean beaches. Very safe area and not overrun with people. Excellent for fishing, cycling and hiking. The Arniston Cave is a must to visit!
The close proximity to the ocean is amazing.
The beach is stunning. The cave is an impressive sight.
Neatness and quietness of the space.

The harbour and beach is within walking distance. Willeen's Restaurant and Mien's Tea Garden was excellent. We were safe and the locals were so friendly and welcoming.
Quiet and unspoilt!
We stayed at N3 seaside Cottage. What a peaceful break away. We often stay in the big seaside cottages. We would really like to recommend they give each cottage a good deep clean and have a look at replacing the stove tops (N3) was badly rusted and completely cracked. The house was in good shape just really needs very good cleaning after each stay. (spider webs on roofs, behind doors etc).(let it have the smell of a cleaned place).
We will for sure be back soon.
