Cape Footprints is a charming and wheel-chair friendly Luxury Villa situated across the road from the popular Kleinkrantz beach near Wilderness.
Nestled in a quiet area, within easy reach of the N2 and a mere ten minutes’ drive to Wilderness village with various shops and restaurants, it’s an ideal Garden Route Sea-Side Holiday House. Enjoy various outdoor activities literally on your doorstep including long beach walks, hangliding off the nearby sand dunes and fishing.
This spacious property, eco-friendly built using sandbags, offers uninterrupted ocean views from the upstairs living areas and outdoor, wrap-around balcony.
Accommodation comprises of four airy bedrooms sleeping eight people in comfort and style, three of which are en-suite. Indoor features include a fireplace, sea-facing lounge with full package DStv, well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and dining area with built-in BBQ/braai. Additional features include an alarm system, automated garage with direct access into the house, uncapped Wifi and fully enclosed garden with lovely outdoor BBQ/Braai pit for those balmy Summer nights.
Ideal for a family or group of friends travelling together.
There is a full solar inverter for loadshedding.
NOTE: If a large group of friends/family, we can combine Cape Footprints with Kleinkrantz Beach House and/or Kleinkrantz Beach Cottage, all in the same road.
Note: A safe swimming beach is in Wilderness, approximately 5 - 10 minute drive from this house.
