Zinkwazi is a quaint village with an unspoilt 7-kilometre lagoon that lies amongst lush sub-tropical vegetation that is typical of the north coast of KwaZulu Natal. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, of which 3 are downstairs: One has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second one has a queen size bed and the third one has 2 singles that can be converted to a king. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: One has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other one has a queen size bed and a bathroom which is for general use.

The safety and clean beach.
Safe swimming beach. Beautiful lagoon. Well maintained and clean.
Maree is a top class cook, she made us feel very welcome. The small touches from the welcome platter to bedroom chocolate treats are amazing. Her kindness was endearing The accommodation and service staff are top class. The village is beautiful and if you get a chance, have a sunset with Alf who has many interesting stories or get him to take you for a walk in the local conservation area. Thank you for a memorable stay we would love to come back.
A haven of peace and tranquility. Good for the soul.
Small community. Away from the maddening crowds. Wonderful for families with small children, who can play on the shores of the lagoon. Very laidback. Be prepared to cater for yourself - only 1 or 2 restaurants/cafes.
