Welcome to SeaMoon Beach House,
SeaMoon Beach House is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom luxurious house in Uvongo on the South Coast. This lovely home is well equipped for self-catering holiday accommodation. The South Coast is spectacular for its natural beauty and sprawling beaches that are lapped by the warm water of the Indian Ocean, tranquil lagoons, and rocky coves. Slightly further inland, there are subtropical forests, rolling grassy hills, and spectacular greenery.
SeaMoon Beach House is a stylish decorated four-bedroom Beach House that is situated on Lillie Crona Avenue with absolutely magnificent sea views. This property has electric fencing as well as beams. Lovely lawn area with a fire pit for those lovely relaxing evenings as well as a built-in braai. There is a garage with direct entrance into the house. The dining area contains a 12-seater dining table. The dining area opens onto a covered all-weather braai area with spectacular views and stackable glass doors. From the balcony whales and dolphins are often sighted frolicking in the waves. There are beautiful sunrises over the ocean each morning. The lounge contains various couches, 2 TVs, DSTV which is included and surround sound. Well-equipped kitchen with an additional scullery containing a washing machine, tumble dryer as well as a dishwasher.
All bedrooms and living areas have a sea view with either huge windows with full sea views or sliding doors with access to the outside lawn area. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has its adjacent bathroom. Downstairs is a separate well-equipped kitchenette for your convenience.
Uvongo is probably most famous for its picturesque waterfall that plunges into a lovely little lagoon. Paddle boats and also canoes are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach. Lucien Beach is within walking distance and is also a blue flag beach on the north end of Margate Beach. Other attractions include numerous pools that stretch from Uvongo Beach to Lucien Beach and the fishing pier on the edge of the beach. Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers, and cyclists every morning and evening
The South Coast has nine eighteen-hole golf courses as well as seven Blue Flag beaches. Oribi Gorge has the longest zip line in Africa, spectacular views, mountain biking, hiking, and white water rafting. Shelly Beach offers scuba diving and deep-sea fishing. The South Coast enjoys a warm subtropical climate due to the influence of the warm Mozambique current that flows south along the coast. The temperatures are generally quite warm and even the winters are mild. Sea temperatures seldom drop below 19 degrees C, even in mid-winter.

- There is an additional Refundable Breakage Fee of R 2000 that is NOT included in the quote and payable directly to the managing agent (Van Heerden Letting). It will be refunded within 10 days of departure and the guest sending Van Heerden Letting their bank account details.

Terms and Conditions – to be read and agreed to before booking.
1. We do not allow parties, loud music or overloading - in the unit as well as on the complex premises. (We need to respect the rights of owners, neighbours and body corporates)
2. Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
3. We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
4. A guest may not book more than one unit.
5. No day visitors are allowed.
6. No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
7. The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
8. Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund.
9. All outstanding fees are payable before the unit is occupied. Only CASH, EFT and bank deposits.
10. Lodgement of the deposit and/or taking up of the reserved accommodation is construed as acceptance of these conditions of lease.
11. Failure to cancel reservation 30 days before due date will be deemed as acceptance and lessee will be liable for the full rental, unless an alternate tenant is obtained for the full period
12. No pets allowed.
13. Smoking inside the flat/house is not permitted.
14. The tenant accepts responsibility for all actions by persons within his party who all agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of property owner, managing agent, body corporate and local municipal nuisance bye laws
15. Premises must be vacated not later than 09h00 on the day of departure and can only be occupied by 14h00 on the day of arrival except by special arrangement. On public holidays and Sundays early arrival and late departure are permitted provided that special arrangement is made with the managing agent.
16. Tenants when vacating the flat are requested to leave the flat clean. Please note that daily cleaning servics are optional for an extra fee and are not available on Sundays and public holidays. Should you require clean linen or services please contact the managing agent.
17. Keys must be returned to the Van Heerden Letting. All windows must be closed and outside doors to be locked. An after- hours key deposit box is available at the Van Heerden Letting office.
18. The owner, managing agent or body corporate cannot be held liable for any losses, inconvenience, injury or death to the tenant or his guests which they may suffer in relation to their visit to the property.
19. A refundable breakage deposit is charged on each booking. It will be refunded within 10 days of departure and the guest sending Van Heerden Letting their bank account details.
20. The administration fee is non-refundable.
