This stylish villa is meters away from the Indian Ocean and offers a peaceful holiday in a spectacular setting. There is no better way to watch a sunset or the whales frolicking in the bay ahead. It has been designed in such a way to take full advantage of these breath-taking views.
38 on Westcliff offers a unique service from booking your holiday activities, packing a picnic, booking at one of our local restaurants or even doing your holiday grocery shopping allowing you to just sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday.
The living area is open plan with a beautiful lounge, dining area and kitchen, which opens onto two terraces. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs with both bedrooms having access onto their own balcony, which boasts gorgeous views of the sea.
The family bedroom upstairs has a double bed and two single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. There are a further four bedrooms downstairs, on one which opens onto the pool, one off the kitchen/ dining area and the other two off the braai room/ lounge area.

Reviews
As at Nov 2024, there's a bit of renovation work going on at 38 Westcliffe, but it was a great place to spend a couple of days. It is very well sited on the cliffs, right by the cliff path ...we saw whales (a bit distant) from the house. The pool is a good size for the house and seemed well maintained. Arrangements for cooking, and the seating for eating were pretty good.
Communication with the host worked well (in the end) and we are very appreciative of the help given.
Hermanus itself was pleasant. Ficks Restaurant along the path (with its sea pool) was a bonus.
