Come and enjoy a beach holiday in one of the most popular beach towns in the country!
The apartment overlooks the garden onto the sea/beach. This is a magical place where you can watch Bushbuck and Grysbok from your doorstep browsing nearby in the natural bush areas. The sea and beach are only a few seconds stroll away, where golden beaches stretch in both directions. Here you can relax and unwind during the quiet days and listen to the waves breaking as you fall asleep at night...
Barracuda Lodge is about 15km from the center of Jeffreys Bay and 26km by road to St Francis Bay. As the crow flies however we are about 5 km from St Francis Bay along the beach, however, the Krom river separates us from St Francis bay so to get across one would need to swim!
The apartment is equipped for self-catering with everything needed for this supplied in a separate kitchen, this leads onto the open plan dining area which extends to an open plan living and tv lounge area.
The apartment has two bedrooms – the first bedroom has a king-size bed which can also be made up as two singles. The second bedroom has a double bed. In an alcove section of the main living area to the side is another single bed. We also have a divan bed in the lounge which could suit a child or teenager. There is only one bathroom and toilet so we suggest a maximum of five guests for this reason. Outside and adjacent to the apartment is a covered area where we supply a portable braai. This area overlooks the front garden. There is an open parking bay dedicated for the guest's use as well. The apartment has a separate and private entrance to the main house. We offer free wi-fi and Netflix, Showmax and Youtube can be viewed on the flat screen tv.
There are a host of vacation-type activities in the area and Jbay has excellent surfing conditions and surf schools. The beach directly in front of the apartment is perfect for swimming, walking, cycling, fishing, snorkeling, and relaxing. The surf is great for bodyboarding, wind, and kite surfing – we recommend surfing on the Jeffreys Bay beaches as this is where the surfing conditions are the best.

Jeffreysbay (Lower Point / Tecoma is still safe and secure where kids can walk in streets to the beach and cycle. Close to both surfspots at Lowerpoint, Point and only 200m from a swimming beach. Where people becomes family. The establishme t what we rented was Tecoma 38 at JBay. Spacious, modern with luxury. Your home away from home. Kids enjoy the lovely pool and parents the bbq room.
Billabong
The beaches are stunning, with so many places to swim. There is also a lot to offer in town and the mall, for food and shopping. And the people are super friendly.
