Spacious 3 bedroom self catering holiday cottage situated in the picturesque town of Kassiesbaai, Arniston. The cottage is within 50m of the ocean. The house sleeps 7 guests. Comfortable bedrooms with one family room. One shared bathroom and the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Spacious living room with flat screen TV and DTSV with selected channels. Cosy braai room with indoor fireplace and sea view. Fully equipped kitchen. We supply bedding, however guests need to bring their own towels, toiletries etc. Safe, free and secure parking on site. The cottage is walking distance from the beach, hotel and old-style harbour. We are situated across the Kassiesbaai Craft Centre and walking distance from Willeen’s Restaurant.

Ons het heerlik gekuier, baie dankie. Alles was so rustig en dis so lekker naby aan alles. Dit was nie ons laaste kuier nie, ons sien julle binnekort weer. Baie dankie ook aan Oom Patrick wat ons so mooi gehelp het.
Ons was daar saam met vriende en het die huis en area vreeslik geniet. Dit was rustig, skoon en netjies en so naby aan die see. Baie dankie dat ons dit kon gebruik het, ons sien uit na ons volgende besoek.

OMW! The weekend was beautiful!. The house was so beautiful, beautiful view too. I can't describe it. Patrick was very nice, our neighbours too were very friendly! This was a perfect and beautiful choice, we will definitely be back very soon!

its away from everything and quiet
We enjoyed the wonderful sea, the view the laid back atmosphere, the local people and the wonderful fresh fish that we enjoyed.
The beautiful scenery and clean beaches. Very safe area and not overrun with people. Excellent for fishing, cycling and hiking. The Arniston Cave is a must to visit!
The close proximity to the ocean is amazing.
The beach is stunning. The cave is an impressive sight.
Neatness and quietness of the space.
The staff was e excellent
Friendly staff and great location.
The harbour and beach is within walking distance. Willeen's Restaurant and Mien's Tea Garden was excellent. We were safe and the locals were so friendly and welcoming.
Quiet and unspoilt!
We stayed at N3 seaside Cottage. What a peaceful break away. We often stay in the big seaside cottages. We would really like to recommend they give each cottage a good deep clean and have a look at replacing the stove tops (N3) was badly rusted and completely cracked. The house was in good shape just really needs very good cleaning after each stay. (spider webs on roofs, behind doors etc).(let it have the smell of a cleaned place).
We will for sure be back soon.
