Our accommodation is compromised of 13 air-conditioned en suite rooms all equipped with refrigerators, hair dryers, tea and coffee-making facilities as well as a smart TV with Netflix
Guests can choose to laze on the wooden deck by the pool, make use of full internet access or relax in our bar/lounge area (with full DSTV) which is surrounded by a fishpond. In the evening guests can choose to enjoy a home-cooked dinner - dinner on request - or wander into town to sample our local restaurants.

We stayed for two nights at the Umlilo Lodge. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was well decorated, clean, ans spacious. The breakfast was nice, they serve you very well. They have a nice pool and a marvelous garden. I really would come back here!
Umlilo Lodge was one of the most pleasant places during our visit to South Africa. Quiet and cosy family run hotel with exotic garden, excellent friendly service and food, definitely worth a visit! Many thanks!
Umlilo is a the best in town, with spacious airconditioned rooms and wifi.
It is very central to all the restaurants, supermarket,bank and sunset jetty.
I like the tropical feel and monkeys frolicking around in the trees.
It serves a fantastic breakfast and has good strong coffee!
Very tropical and exciting Lodge. They even "laid"on hippos on the verge outside. Comfy rooms with all the added amenities. Decent breakfast with cool pool!
I have to stay that my stay was excellent considering that after an 11hr flight followed by an 8hr drive to St Lucia, we were welcomed by the owners and even though we had not pre booked an evening meal it was no problem, the rooms are really spacious as is the bathroom, the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis the breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food, we were welcomed and the service that we received was secound to none and no request was denied. I will definetly be coming back.

We went to St Lucia Villa Mia 5 to recover after operation. Absolutely beautiful place. Our own private braai area right at pool. Due to my medical condition we could not go out but our hosts arranged food delivery for us from nearly all the restaurants in St Lucia. One night there was guests that were intoxicated and loud. We informed our hosts who in return got the caretaker at the property in minutes and he resolved the issue. Will definitely book again. Thanks to the workers at Villa Mia that were always willing to run and get us something we needed in town. It felt like home and we will always remember our trip. Next time we will definitely visit all the attractions that St Lucia has to offer.
